Welcome to Mindful Steps!
Physical activity such as walking can help people with heart and lung conditions. Regular walking can improve your health-related quality of life, improve your ability to do everyday activities, improve your mood, help you manage shortness of breath, and might even help you live longer!
In this research study we are studying whether we can help you stay active and increase your steps through an online walking program, which includes virtual mind-body classes, access to a web platform, and a Fitbit Inspire 3 which is yours to keep upon completion of the study
Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. Walking can become a gift you give yourself every day.
Enjoy your walking!
